Q1. Are you a factory or a trade company?
A: We are factory with 13 years’ OEM&ODM experience.

Q2. Can I have a sample order ?
A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3~5 days, mass production time needs 1~2 weeks for order quantity more than.

Q4. What’s the lead time for mass order?
A: 1000 PCS: 5~7 working days. 10000 PCS 15~20 working days.

Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for radio order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3~5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on radio product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8. Which port is the nearest from you?
A: Zhuhai/Zhongshan/Shenzhen/Guangzhou Ports are optional.
