Excellent customer service. Very friendly sales staff. The item looks smaller than expected but it’s fine. Just enough size to fit the palm of my hands. The sound is fine. the flashlight works great, the hand crank is easy to rotate. Still have to test the product for quite some time before I give my five stars.
